Return Policies

The original sales receipt must be brought in with all returns. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days from the date of sale. All returns approved will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Computer Products:

Unopened computer products (CPU's, monitors and printers) may be returned up to 30 days from the date of sale. Opened computer products will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.Including a 25% restocking fee.

Accessories:

Unopened computer accessories may be returned up to 30 days from the date of sale. Opened computer accessories may be exchanged for up to 30 days after the date of sale. After 30 days, opened computer accessories will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

Software:

Unopened current version software products may be returned up to 30 days from the date of sale. There are no refunds for opened retail software products or licensed software.

Service Parts:

There will be no refunds on service parts. Any parts that are defective can be exchanged for a like part up to 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days of the date of purchase, defective parts will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
